Thank you to everyone for all the helpful comments. I am prioritizing what is important in my life, and focusing on what matters. My babies and my health are what really matter right now, and I will put work 'into perspective'.
I am still worried about the week of the 17th - when two bosses and my inside counterpart are coming to town for a few sales calls. I know I'll be hugely uncomfortable driving around, but it's only (1) full day and (2) 1/2-days, so I'll do my best. After that, I'm basically at home until the 29th which will be my last 'active' day. My doctor offered to put me out to spare me that week, but that will be a last resort for me. If I feel like shit when the time comes, I'll bail. If I feel good, I'll go.
In other pregnancy news, I had my 26-week check up today and the babies are doing great! They have been active for 2 full days now. They seem to go in spurts - active for a few days, then quiet for a couple of days. They are snuggled up to each other on the ultrasound and seem to like being near each other. Their heads are together and they're both breech and facing my back. So cute. We'll probably have them sleeping together in the beginning since every time we see them on the U/S, they're cuddled up together.
My weight gain is 40lbs at this point and the Dr. said it's very good. Some of it is Edema, because I'm not in wrist splints for pregnancy-induced carpal tunnel syndrome, but otherwise she said the weight gain is very good. The babies are measuring in the 50th percentile and she says I'm growing big babies. YAY!
I've decided on the boy's name and since it's my FIL's name, DH likes it very much. Now we have to figure out the girls name. And my husband is being secretive about it. Apparently he has names picked out but wants to wait until he sees her face until he names her. I guess I'll have to give up control here and let him do his thing. :-)
Thanks for all your support. It helps so much when you feel so alone with your concerns!

I gained 65 total - 50 of that is gone - I was 15 pounds overweight to begin the pregnancy so I have 30 left to lose - and another 10 vanity pounds after that!!!
My babies definitely went in spurts - and now that I know their personalities - Spice was probably kicking Sugar awake when he wanted to be awake!
So glad to hear things are going well!!
