M & Q are here! Wow - I can't believe they're here. I am SO in love! M (brunette) weighed 7lb6oz at birth, and Q (blonde) weighed 7lb3oz at birth. They have lost a little weight since then, but overall, everyone is doing well.
Breastfeeding is a disaster - my milk has only just started coming in, so I won't really get to breastfeed until we get them home, hopefully tomorrow. Can I just say, I HATE the pump? Oh my God. How painful. Since I have no milk yet, we've been formula feeding because of their weight loss. And now, they have jaundice, so they've been in light therapy since early this morning. It's killing me not being able to hang out with them all day...but hopefully their bilirubin levels will be normal by tomorrow morning (hopefully sooner!) and we can all go home together tomorrow.
I will update my blog in a few days, but for now, here are some pics of my beautiful babies.

So glad to be the first to stop by! You know how much I have been waiting for this post.
So unbelievably happy for you. Megyn and Quentin are just gorgeous babies and you are one incredible mama.
Good luck with the feeding. Everyone said it to me, and I may as well say it to you - but it does get easier.
Love love love!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Lovely lovely lovely!!!
They are adorable, and you! Well done you!!
Congratulations:-))))))
Congratulations! They are just beautiful! And they look so chunky already! Hey...you got both a blond and brunette! I love their names - so sweet. Don't worry about the milk and jaundice and such, things will get better quickly (my Bunny was a little yellow pumpkin head too!).
Turn the breast pump to the lowest setting for now, you don't need to rip your nipples off. Ow!
Oh, sweetie, I can't wait to hear your birth story (if you are willing to share) and I hope it was simply wonderful for you. I've been thinking of you so often these past few days.
Congratulations again, Momma!
They're beautiful!! Congratulations! Soooooooo happy for you!
Love,
Maddy
They are gorgeous. What amazing news! Please let me know if you need anything. I am in your homestate and can help with anything. Also about the BFing, the best money you can spend is on a lactation consultant to come to your house. They are invaluable resources. XO.
What amazing, joyful news.
You did it and they are here, thriving.
Love the pictures of them peacefully sleeping and love their names.
Congrats, momma!
They are here! Hooray! Fantastic names for Kara's little brother and sister!

Good luck with the feeding! Other people have great advice for you.
So in keeping with the theme of things everyone says - enjoy yourself and savour all the wonderful moments, it goes SO fast!
What gorgeous, robust babies you got there! So happy for you!

gorgeous - and absolutely breathtaking!!! And holy shit girl you carried some big babies - how amazing!!! I hope that your milk comes in and the pumping gets easier - I made myself take it one feeding/one pump at a time or else I would get so overwhelmed.
Congratulations - you did it. How are you feeling?

Congratulations!! They are beautiful and what adorable names! I just had my rainbow too and struggled with bfing. I always think people who attempt bfing with multiples are freaking amazing. Hang in there!
