I have to talk in code here because I'm not sure who IRL reads this blog. And when you 'google' my real name, it leads you to this blog. So I'll allude to much here.
I got a call from the RE's office today - 'She' walked in and all of the nurses knew who 'She' was there for, just by looking at her. How cool is that? Pretty darn cool. And we have 10 follicles! Yay! I'm feeling wildly optimistic that this time we'll bring a baby home. Wow. 10 follicles. Part of me wishes it were more like 15-20, but I'll take ten. Even considering the expectation that 50% will be abnormal (according to my RE) that leaves 5. I'm nervous that it's not enough, yet excited that it's way more than I usually retrieve. Usually I get 5 and 3 make it to day 5, and all are abnormal after PGD.
So....10.
We're on our way.
I'll get an update on my lining tomorrow and more on the follicles after tomorrow's visit.
Could this finally be it?
Excited and nervous. Hoping this cycle works.
